Engineered Mesh and GORE-TEX Upper

The upper has been reimagined with a new engineered mesh that adjusts to your foot's natural shape while providing a comfortable midfoot hold. Constructed using a breathable mesh, the ASICS GT-1000 11 GORE-TEX Running Shoes encase each foot in comfort. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air. 

FlyteFoam Midsole

FlyteFoam EVA has been tuned with a lower density than the previous version for a softer feel underfoot and cushioning comfort. It absorbs shock as you strike down on unforgiving ground, reducing the stress and strain put on the foot and joints, minimising the risk of injury. Teamed with GEL technology, this combination creates softer landings and smoother transitions. LITETRUSS technology is placed in the midsole's inside angle to reduce pronation. It helps produce a more supportive stride while keeping overpronation at bay.
