We offer a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your parcel.

How to Return Your Order

Download, print, and complete the digital returns form linked above, then include it inside your parcel.
- If you do not have access to a printer, a handwritten copy is acceptable.
- Please ensure all order information is clearly included.
We strongly recommend returning your item(s) using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
- Customers are responsible for the return parcel until it safely reaches us.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping (orders over £100) and you return part or all of your order, causing the remaining order value to fall below £100, the original £4.99 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition.
Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached.
Items must be free from marks, damage, odours, fragrance, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

Footwear Returns

Shoes must only be tried on indoors.
Returned footwear must show absolutely no signs of wear.

Our returns team thoroughly inspects all returned items. Please do not attempt to return any item that does not meet the conditions above.

If your return is rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you and you will be required to cover the return postage cost.

Return Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived with us. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Washing & Care

Please follow the washing and care instructions provided by the brand/manufacturer. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during washing or cleaning.
