We ship all orders via DPD LOCAL.

Please read all specific time frames on products

(These clearly state some items may take slightly longer for us to dispatch than others)

And by agreeing to our shipping policy checkbox you are agreeing to that specific product being dispatched slightly later, this is due to worldwide supply chain issues with our suppliers whom we are closely working with to reduce this time frame.

Once your order is dispatched it will be with you within 1-3 working class days via DPD express shipping!

Please make sure to keep your MYDPD delivery preferences updated if you miss your delivery time slot so a redelivery can be attempted if needs be!

 

PLEASE READ THE BELOW: OUR SHIPPING POLICY 

Within our DPD merchant account settings we make sure all delivery drivers do not leave parcels in safe places. This is due to a recent increase in orders going missing. Parcels will only be left in safe places if you have this setting enabled within your MyDPD delivery preferences, which can be altered on the MyDPD app.

By agreeing to our shipping policy by ticking the checkbox at checkout, if your delivery preferences are set to 'Leave in a safe place' and your order is delivered and pictured in a safe place and your order goes missing this is your responsibility as enabling the preference within your MYDPD and by agreeing to our shipping policy at checkout we can not be held accountable for the loss of the parcel, if photographed in your specific safe place by a DPD driver.

This is similar to when you set a DPD safe place on their app you need to consent to the responsibility of the parcel.

If your preferences do not state leave in a safe place and your parcel has been lost we will happily step in swiftly and contact DPD to resolve this issue.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - 

As a Buyer, you agree to pay any and all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due with respect to your purchase transaction. 

We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that your orders could incur customs charges.
